Rising Dragon on 14th. St. near Union Square is a modern tattoo

New York City. We like the term tattoo studio as it encompasses our
attitude towards art and fulfilling our customers needs for custom
tattoo design. We are a collection of artists and tattoo craftsmen
serious about our medium, our skin-art and our dedication to it.
The shop is owned and operated by a real New Yorker passionate
about tattoo art for 25 years and counting.

artists as their dedication to their art is honed. We also enjoy
