At Rising Dragon, we’ve lowered our minimum to $80 to help combat inflation, especially difficult for young people. Our custom tattoos are done by professionals with 10 to 15 years doing tattoos. And when you want a new tattoo your artist will be here. Rising Dragon has an extremely low employee turnover rate because we our fair to our artists, and to our clients.
