Tattoo artists that work at Rising Dragon have been tattooing for a minimum of 8 years. Most of our artists have been doing their best tattoos in New York City, NYC for over 10 years. We CARE about what we do, and we like doing it well. Its not just about business here, but loyalty and integrity to our art. The owner, Darren Rosa is the founder of Rising Dragon and a native New Yorker. Born and raised in Washington Heights New York, Darren has been tattooing for over 30 years. It’s not just nice pictures that make our tattoo artists one of the best, but we also try our best to understand our client’s needs and do custom drawings that bring to life the customer’s vision. This is our second home, not work, so come relax with us and enjoy a warm New York atmosphere.
